This is a rare opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse truly extraordinary new build Dementia care home based on the outskirts of Banbury, Oxfordshire that has achieved an 'Outstanding' in its CQC The Service has won 5 national awards and is recognised as a dementia hub for people with Dementia & Alzheimer's in the local community - hosting weekly events for those with Dementia and their families. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work in this homes 20 bed Dementia Nursing Household. Full time or part time hours are available, and the hours are 8am-8pm / 8pm - 8am with some half day options. Package on offer includes: Salary - £19.50ph / up to £48,672pa Breaks & Handover time paid Enhancements for overtime Days only or Nights only options 25 Days annual leave bank holidays Enhanced private pension scheme On day shifts, there are 2 Registered Nurses and on nights you will be supported by a team of experienced Senior Support Workers on your 22 bed dementia nursing unit. You will be working as Registered Nurse for a private healthcare organisation with an exceptional reputation for their high standards of care with award winning Nursing and Dementia services across England.
