Overview
On behalf of a market leading retail business I am recruiting for a temporary accounts payable clerk to join on a an initial 3 month basis with the opportunity to go permanent. Client Details My client is a market leading retail business based just south of Croydon with plenty of parking. They have gone through a series of implementations and process improvements in the last 6-12 months and need extra assistance within the AP function. Description This temporary Accounts Payable position based in Croydon, will involve the following responsibilities: Processing invoices Manage key supplier accounts Supplier statement reconciliation Update and maintain associate invoice log spreadsheet Support expenses management Manage Accounts inbox, prioritise, action and file incoming emails Ad hoc Finance duties Profile The successful candidate for this Accounts Payable position based in Croydon will need to have the following skills: Previous Accounts Payable experience Able to work in a fast paced environment Good communication skills Quick learner Good Excel skills Able to work independently Can use own initiative Team player Job Offer This is a temporary Accounts Payable position in Croydon has car parking on site and the option to go permanent after a three month period.
