Overview
Revit MEP Technician- London If I had to summarise the role I'd say "Great people, interesting projects, great location and genuine progression." Reporting to a supportive Manager (who is a bit of a guru when it comes to Revit and BIM) you'll be responsible for producing MEP Services drawings in Revit MEP. Thier M&E Director has a great sense of humour and all of their staff are easy going and know have to have a laugh. This creates a has a very relaxed and non-corporate working environment where you are trusted to just get on with things, rather than being micromanaged. You'll be working on interesting projects including listed buildings, large-scale mixed-use developments, 400 unit residential developments, new commercial offices and also healthcare projects. Although the majority of their current projects are located across London and the South East, they have also competed projects in Singapore, South Africa, Cuba and China. Situated a short walk from Kings Cross station, their office is full of natural light, offers very spacious workstations (Two screens per desk), waterfront views. If the sporty type of person great as they are close to Regents Park and a few gyms or if that's not your type of thing; they are also walking distance from a few awesome gastro-pubs, cafes and major retail stores. They are looking for a bright and ambitious Revit MEP Technician who can free up the Design Engineers time and will train you to be able to take on a basic design duties. They remain privately owned and have grown steadily over the past decade whilst maintaining excellent levels of staff retention and client satisfaction. Requirements Intermediate to advanced Revit MEP skills. Good attitude and able to work in a team. Good understanding of other disciplines such as architecture, structural engineering and Sustainability.
