Cloud Data Architect Aberdeen (Fully Remote Working) Up to £650 (Inside IR35) 12 months We have a fantastic Cloud Data Architect opportunity with one of the UKs leading clients. You will be a crucial part of a global, multinational digital project. The client are HQ in Aberdeen however are offering fully remote working initially to obtain a wider reach of the markets best talent. The Role: The Cloud Data Architect will lead the development and design of cloud data solutions required to support the long-term goals of the Digital & Data department in one of our leading clients in the UK. You will be part of the team responsible for the specification, building and maintenance of new requirements for digital projects. Analyse and define data architecture requirements by evaluating business processes and existing data structures and applications Work closely with the Data Science, engineering and analytics teams Analyse and define data architecture requirements by evaluating business processes and existing data structures and applications. Design and implement data models to document the data architecture in its AS-IS and TO-BE states. Assist in the development of end-to-end solutions for new and existing digital projects. Key Experience: Ability to develop technical solutions and functional specifications based on business requirements. Enterprise data modelling, Data ingestion & Integration, Data storage and security, Data processing and distributed computing. Azure experience is highly desirable, could consider other cloud providers. Experience working within a Microsoft Azure tech stack Interested? Want to find out more? Thereafter, the role would require you to be onsite in Aberdeen 3 days per week.
