Overview

IT and Change Manager I am looking to recruit an experienced Change Manager to join well known and long established business in Sheffield. Your role will have an IT focus working on a number of strategic transformation projects and programmes including extensive business readiness activities. It is essential that you have proven experience managing major business change programmes and/or multiple concurrent projects working with a range of senior stakeholders through the full project lifecycle. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Hands-on change delivery for multiple concurrent projects Defining business case, project scope, success criteria and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders Lead on business readiness including design and delivery of training solutions Fully documenting and assessing all risks, issues and dependencies relating to a project and defining and executing effective risk mitigation strategies Reporting progress against plan and budget status at agreed intervals for company governance processes Employ and suggest improvements to processes, techniques, tools, templates and approaches used in Change Working with test lead to help develop strategy for functional and non-functional testing Benefits realisation, reporting and monitoring against goals of programme Develop training plans for changes and implementations Support post implementation issue management Skills, knowledge and qualities required: A proven track record in management of IT and business change programmes and projects through full project lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and develop solid relationships at all levels Ability to cope with varying workload pressures and to self-manage Competent with MS Project and other office productivity tools Demonstrable knowledge of Business Analysis, Change, Testing and Process Improvement methodologies If you are interested in this opportunity please respond with your CV ASAP and/or contact Karl Ford Modis for more information.
