Then a technical career at P&G could be what you're looking for We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Materials, Process & Delivery Team as an Associate Researcher working in Oral Care. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, execute and document experimental studies at laboratory and pilot scale to develop or modify products to meet differing consumer and regulatory & safety needs. Ensure critical product design features such as release and stability limits, validation reports etc. are accurately incorporated into product designs and registrations. Raise internal P&G Change Controls to reflect proposed materials, and manufacturing process changes at manufacturing sites, following appropriate review and work flow with business, QA and MPD - where required. Design, create and maintain Product Specifications for Oral Care products in our data systems, understand and create hierarchy of specifications, manage approval flows and understand and apply different requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, e.g. Good Manufacturing Practice. Raise requests for Product Safety and Regulatory clearances of materials. Frequent communication with Technical teams both in R&D and Product Supply may be required to gather supporting documentation, understand scope and execute individual projects. Travel to Manufacturing sites across Europe will be required. What we offer you Responsibilities as of day 1.
