Description The Purchase Ledger Clerk role will include: Management of the Purchase Ledger from start to finish Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and resolving queries Liaising internally and externally to resolve invoice discrepancies Management of the PO process matching and coding invoices appropriately Completing statement reconciliations Setting up payments to suppliers and obtaining approvals Month end closure procedures Profile The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have end to end exposure in all aspects of purchase ledger, be an excellent communicator and have strong IT skills including Excel.
