The service is ideally located in Wellington and is within easy reach of public transport links, shops and amenities. This warm and welcoming care centre provides a friendly and homely atmosphere for the residents and their families. The purpose-built service is bright and modern and boasts excellent facilities including cosy communal lounge areas, tastefully decorated bedrooms and a lovely landscaped garden for residents to relax and unwind. Staff morale at the home is very high. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their fantastic care centres based in Wellington, Telford. The service is split into separate units, one of which cares for elderly residents including short stay, respite and palliative care. There is a separate unit that cares for physically disabled residents across all ages including respite and short term with the aim to enable residents to be as independent as possible. The care centre boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and a good CQC rating. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and caring Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff. The manager can be flexible to accommodate both full and part time, as well as days, nights or a combination to suit you. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager.
