The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. The manager is able to accommodate both full time and part time hours and is flexible with regard to shift pattern. They can offer both permanent day and night shifts to suit you. Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. You will also have access to training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills. You will receive ongoing support from your Manager. Person Specification: Applicants must be RGN / RMN / RNLD trained and must hold a valid NMC PIN. All applicants should be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction. Previous experience within a similar environment is highly desirable.
