Nurse - Mental Health rehabilitation Hospital Location: Leicester Salary: £32,175 per annum (£16.50 per hour) paid breaks on nights Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours) Shifts : Options of Days only ( 7.45am - 8.15pm ) or Nights only ( 19.45pm - 8.15am ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference Very positive, friendly and supportive work environment Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified RMN, or RNLD to work within a very positive, friendly and supportive Female mental health rehabilitation service in Leicester. The Hospital has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. The are very big on staff development and training. Service Details: This Hospital provides care for patients with enduring mental health issues and co-morbid conditions split across 3 Units providing a fully supported rehabilitation and step-down service Unit 1 12 bedded locked rehabilitation ward for patients exhibiting higher risks but engaging in the early stages of their recovery pathway Unit 2 This is a 6 bed step down unit within a locked rehabilitation service for women who are progressing through their recovery pathway and demonstrating a reduced level of risk. Here the women will continue to develop independence skills and move towards unit 3's semi - independent flats or direct into community services. Unit 3 9 semi-independent living flats with community lounge for patients preparing to return to the community or home environment The Hospital Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training. Shifts : The hospital can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only. Their shift pattern is Days - 7:45am-20:15pm and Nights - 19:45pm-8:15am, all shifts are 12.5 hour shifts with 1.5 hour break. Breaks on night shifts are paid Working 37.5 hour contract - rolling 2 week rota of 3 shifts/ 4shifts. Please state if you have any preferences on your hours and/or shift pattern in your application. Location : The Hospital is easily accessed by car. They are easy to get to via public transport also - the parking on site is free and there is a bus stop right outside the hospital.
