Engineering Planner - 3592 Synergi are recruiting for an Engineering Planner to join a large food manufacturing company in Walthamstow. The successful Engineering Planner would join engineering department working from Monday to Friday (days) helping the team with Planned Maintenance, Budgets, analysing of KPI's & more. This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Planner to join a team committed and passionate about achieving results and minimising downtime. Job Description - Engineering Planner As an Engineering Planner your role will be a varied & exciting one. You will liaise with many different members of the business including procurement, finance, stores, engineering & more. You will advise on Engineering Budget Spend and be accountable for compliance to planned preventative maintenance schedules. You will also lead at site level and work with the regional procurement team in order to ensure all agreed strategies & initiatives are enforced. This role will be based at an extremely fast paced food manufacturing site. Roles & Responsibilities - Engineering Planner (As explain what is required and why) in bullet point The successful Engineering Planner would be accountable for all stock, non-stock & contract requirements which should be managed in line with the agreed engineering procurement procedures The monitoring and measuring of supplier service levels, providing detailed metrics to relevant personnel & functions in a timely manner and engage in regular reviews of supplier service level performance using KPI's generated from the EAM system Direct reports to supply information on the management and transaction of the invoice matching process as required by AB finance. To ensure that any mismatches are resolved in a timely manner To Be accountable for Compliance to planned preventive maintenance schedules To Be Accountable for Weekly success rate of 100% priority 1's Individual craftsmen weekly job completion of 100% Statutory Inspection compliance via Planned Maintenance System Skills / Experience - Engineering Planner HNC / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification with Engineering 5 years experience within an Engineering Planner position.
