Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an outstanding clinical team within a highly rated care home, based in Wolverhampton. This care home is operated by a provider of fully compliant care homes that provides specialist care to adults with complex needs and neurological disorders. In this recently refurbished home specialist nursing care is offered across x4 15 bedded units. Provisions of care include Neuro-rehab, brain injury, enduring mental health & early onset dementia. About you… A registered nurse RNLD, RMN or RGN and will have a valid NMC pin. Outstanding communication skills. Able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multi-disciplined team. Up to date with current evidence-based practice. Have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations. Able to work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.
