Registered Nurse - Nights Lymington £19.32 - £21.32 per hour PAID BREAKS weekend enhancement of £2.80 per hour 36 - 42 hours per week Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a registered nurse for an elderly nursing home in Lymington. This nursing home is a beautiful home offering nursing care to 55 people focusing on elderly nursing (frail and dementia). With a team of experienced registered nurses and care assistants, they deliver a high standard of nursing care to suit each resident's needs. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Nursing care Care Planning Medications/ordering Work within the NMC codes of conduct Leading the team and delegating to junior members of staff Audits Leaderships and mentoring other nurses Great benefits include: Paid NMC registration Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan Support with Nurse revalidation Paid annual leave Work place pension scheme Hot meal on duty Free uniform You must have EXCELLENT clinical skills and be up to date with all your training.
