Their homes perform from Good to Outstanding across the board and they have over 30 years' experience in providing exceptional nursing care to elderly residents in their nursing homes. The Nursing Home The home we are recruiting for is classed as Good in all five areas on CQC - you are joining one of the top of nursing groups in the UK. They offer nursing care to 60 residents with general physical nursing needs. The Person We are looking for a Registered General Nurse to join this nursing home in Ferndown. You will need to have the following to be considered: Registered General Nurse / Adult Nurse Active Registration on the NMC - no restrictions on practice A desire to work on Day Duty At least 2-3 months post registration nursing experience Ideally elderly care / nursing home experience although this is desirable Excellent clinical skills and leadership skills Ideally you will have access to a car or be very local to Ferndown The Role This role is for day duty only working alternate weekend. Shifts are 7pm - 7.15am and you will generally work on shift with one other qualified nurse an excellent care team. You will be responsible for the clinical care of the residents under your charge. Salary As a registered nurse you will earn £16.57 as your basic rate of pay £2.80 per hour extra when you work on a weekend. This will equate to salary of £36,188.88 PLUS weekend enhancements circa £1,747.20 per annum. This is based on 42 hours per week.
