Clinical Lead - Must be RGN or Adult Nurse Qualified Elderly Nursing Home Christchurch, Dorset £44,000 Excellent Benefits & Bonuses Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Registered General Nurse or Adult Nurse for a purpose built elderly care centre in Christchurch in Dorset. Job Description We currently require a Clinical Lead (RGN or Adult Nurse) to join the team at this elderly care centre. You will report into the Registered Manager, playing an important part of the onsite clinical and management team. You will support the manager in leading and supervising a large staff team to deliver the highest standards of nursing care. This role is central in maintaining and further developing the care principles of this nursing home provider. Job Requirements In addition to being a fully qualified nurse, you will need to have demonstrable experience supporting elderly service users, preferably those with dementia. As well as being clinically responsible for certain operational areas, you will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team. You will be dealing daily with issues concerning sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring. You will have an effective way of communicating with your team, and above all, act as a champion for everything that you do. The Person To be considered for this role you must have the following qualifications and experience: You must be a Registered General Nurse or Registered Nurse - Adult Branch You must have experience in nursing homes at Clinical Lead or Deputy Home Manager Level You must have experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager in a LARGE elderly nursing home - (40 beds) Ideally someone who has experience working in nursing homes that require improvements You will receive circa £44,000 in return for your work a competitive benefits scheme which can be discussed further & excellent bonuses Please send your CV to Becky if you wish to apply at Eclypse Recruitment.
