Our multi-disciplinary teams provide care for up to 32 male and female service users, working collaboratively with NHS bed managers, across our 2 wards. Our focus is on the delivery of excellent care, empowering service users to progress towards the least restrictive setting and towards independence. Our vision is to place our Service Users at the heart of our service provision, working closely with them and their bed managers to support their recovery and rehabilitation. We have been assessed as "Good" by the CQC and we aim to continue to improve on our levels of performance and care delivery throughout 2019 and the coming years. Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the team at Calverton Hill Hospital as a Healthcare Worker. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting and assisting Registered Nurses in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient care. Delivering care to the patient as prescribed by the individual care plans and liaising with family members as appropriate. The days of work will be over a 24 hour period, 7 days a week, including both night and day shifts. Must have experience.
