Salary: From £9 to £14 per hour + mileage & bonus £200* for referring a friend

Overview

Blue Ribbon Community Care are looking to recruit more outstanding Care Workers to join our friendly and supportive team. You would be working with our clients in and around the Market Harborough area, (no driving for miles and miles across Leicestershire) and we have a waiting list of new clients who wish to come to us for their care due to our reputation as the best care provider in the area. We don't mind if you have experience in care already (maybe looked after a relative or brought up children) or new to care, as we provide all the training and shadowing (paid) you will need, and on-going support for all our staff with a senior staff member contactable via phone at all times. All we ask is that you are over 18, there is no upper age limit - we encourage applications from anyone who feels they want to give something back or a change of direction career-wise. You need to be a driver with your own transport and be reliable, compassionate, cheerful and a slightly whacky sense of humour will help you fit in with our team. We have full and part-time hours available and these may include later working (up until 10pm) and alternate weekends. Hours will be discussed and agreed at interview.
