This home focus on personalised care for residents, taking the time to get to know each of the residents so they can tailor daily activities to their preferences, hobbies and lifestyles Registered Nurse Responsibilities: · We are looking for a Registered Nurse who shares our passion for nursing the elderly. All our nurses must be able to build positive and enabling relationships with clients · Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care. · Administer medication and document this. Registered Nurse Experience Required: · An active NMC pin · Nurse Degree qualification · 1 year experience within Nursing Home or caring for the elderly required · Good Literacy and Numeracy skills with excellent communication skills.
