Accounts Administrator Outskirts of Leeds City Centre - Free Parking Full -Time, Mon-Fri £20,000 My client a well established, family run business based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and accurate administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities include : Inputting Invoices Maintaining internal EDI system Matching PO numbers Reconciling & processing incoming payments Supporting the Finance Team General office administration Registering and matching received invoices Passing invoices for payment Ensure all reports are updated accurately and on time Compliance Ad-hoc duties. Candidate must have : Good administration and organisational skills. Competence in the use of IT tools including Word & EXCEL. Numerate (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent essential) High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adaptable and flexible with a conscientious approach Self-motivated and organised. Able to work under pressure and meet essential deadlines. Demonstration of working as part of a team as we encourage all staff to assist each other voluntarily at busy times.
