This is an exciting opportunity to join an international drinks company based in West London on a Customer Demand Planner role. This business is currently going through a very exciting period of change, which will as a result give you great exposure to the end-to-end supply chain, opportunities for development and ability to take owndership and make an impact. It is the perfect opportunity if you starting out your career in supply chain and looking for that next step up. As a customer demand planner, you will become the face of the company for your set of customers, and work towards driving improvements to service levels and forecast accuracy. Key responsibilities: Build collaborative relationships with key customers and support cross-functional internal and external teams. Take ownership of the end to end customer experience. Create collaborative forecasts and plan for NPD, Promotions and Range Reviews. Prepare summary reports, highlighting major risks and opportunities. About you: 1 years of experience in the supply chain environment. Strong analytical and Excel skills.
