Overview

Divisional HR Director Salary - up to £60K plus Car/ Car allowance & Bonus T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Divisional Human Resources Director for a successful and growing Group of Companies who are a leading service provider. This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a difference during a time of exciting transformation and business growth. Reporting to the divisional CEO, supporting Regional Business entity MD’s, you will also lead a team of 4 HR professionals. You will play a crucial role as part of the Executive team, you will guide, manage and provide strategy relating to all People matters. Based out of the Manchester Office, 2 to 3 days per week, you will also be required to undertake national travel regularly to other offices. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives Leading the organisation’s HR department, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems and financial planning of the department Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition Developing and driving the company’s mental health, wellbeing, equality and diversity policies Leading on the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture To be successful in this role you will: Be educated to Degree Level or equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified Be an experienced Human Resources professional with excellent working knowledge of employment law; specifically, TUPE, business acquisitions, disciplinary, grievance & redundancy. Prior experience with change management/ integration plus M&A activity would be advantageous Be able to build relationships at all levels with the ability to manage and influence multiple demanding stakeholders is essential Possess excellent time management, prioritisation & organisational skills, the ability to be agile Demonstrate exceptional communication skills including emotional intelligence Demonstrate commercial acumen - crucial to being involved in strategic decision-making as an influencer To apply please forward your CV together with details of your current salary, benefits and notice period.
