French Speaking Credit Controller | Northwich Salary up to £26, 000 per annum Our client is a hugely progressive global organisation. Due to recent growth and success, Walters People are partnering this ambitious organsiation to recruit a French speaking Credit Controller. The Credit Controller will be responsible for debt chasing key clients in a Business to Business environment. To be considered for this role you will have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and commercial awareness. You'll be target driven and have strong ability to meet debt collection targets and SLAs set. Credit Controller, responsibilities as follows: Chase overdue invoices by telephone and email Manage Key Account Clients, dealing with Debit note queries Maintain accurate records for all chasing activity Regular meetings with superiors to ensure all relevant debts are managed Respond to internal and external queries Allocate payments accordingly to accounts Send out client statements Carry out credit checks Assist with underwriting and approval of new accounts. To be considered for this brilliant credit control opportunity you must have skills and experience as follows: Fluent in French - Essential. Any other European languages would be beneficial Business to business credit control experience is essential Able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Self-driven, motivated and assertive Confident communicator as this role will involve liaising with various key senior managers of the business, with the ability to explain financial matters clearly A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Understanding V-Lookup, Pivot and Functions within Excel is an advantage) Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
