Permanent people are delighted to be working with a well-respected recruitment specialist who recruit high quality salesforce professionals for market-leading clients across the UK. Their market knowledge, passion and creative approach to recruitment makes them unique within the industry. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in IT & Technology agency recruitment. The Role This is a full 360-recruitment role where you will take over a warm desk but will still be required to expand the company’s client base and develop your own network. You will have to research and secure new clients as well as find, screen and build your own pool of candidates. Some of your responsibilities will involve: Covering the end to end recruitment process Delivering a high quality, consistent service to both clients’ and candidates’ Engaging in sales and business development to build your network Negotiating pay, salary rates and employment offers between candidates and clients Promoting yourself, the business and services through various channels & networks What’s on offer - Great commission structure - 15% after 8K a month Regular incentives and bonuses: company trips abroad, dress-down and beer Fridays Personalised career progression plan - fast-track to management Energetic, competitive and social working environment Generous holiday allowance What we’re looking for - At least 2 years contract recruitment experience within the IT sector Consistent professional track record and strong billing history Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently Driven for success Able to balance a variety of tasks whilst remaining attentive Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily build new relationships Confident, self-motivated and determined A resilient and target focused personality Demonstrable market knowledge of your sector/niche Interested?
