Overview
Flo Heating are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join are fast growing team. The ideal applicant will be pro-active, energetic and have the drive to offer an unrivalled service for a wide range of plumbing and heating installations, reactive maintenance and domestic clients. The applicant will have the motivation to work independently or within a team on a daily basis. General Duties Private, domestic and student accommodation work Intalation and repair of boilers Installation of pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids Assembles fittings and valves for installation Collaborates with contractors, construction workers, electricians Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair Chooses plumbing materials based on budget, location, and intended uses of building Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Assisting team on projects such as fully property and building refurbishments Before applying, please ensure you fulfil the following criteria: Essential NVQ Level 2 & 3 plumbing & Heating Qualifications or equivalent Domestic gas qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience You have a full UK driving licence Desirable Unvented hot water experience, qualification Any further qualifications and skills will be considered an advantage, please detail your full experience, capabilities and qualifications when applying.
