We have a brand new opportunity, supporting individuals with learning difficulties for a well established organisation BS Social Care is one of the UK`s leading recruitment specialist, specialising in sourcing and placing skilled workers into roles within the social care sector. We offer a free and confidential service to support you in finding the right role. The role of the support worker is to support 6 service users, assisting with activities such as bowling, swimming and walking. There will be personal care involved. This service needs support on a waking night basis but does have occasional days. This role is on a temporary basis but has the potential for a permanent opportunity at the end. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong values, be calm and passionate about what they do within the social care sector. You will have a minimum of 1 years paid work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have access to your own vehicle or breakaway training this would be ideal but not essential. If you have a DBS on the update service this would be ideal as the role is starting ASAP.
