Overview
Senior Financial Adviser position - Opportunity to become an equity Partner - Successful, well established firm - Competitive salary and benefits package - Nottingham MB Fitzgerald are currently working with a well established and very successful firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Nottingham to recruit an experienced Financial Planner. The role is available as one of the company's Director's is looking towards retirement. In order to ensure that clients are looked after appropriately, the Director will be working closely with the new recruit, handing over the clients over a period of 2 years, sitting in on several meetings with each client whilst introducing them to their new point of contact. This should ensure a seamless transition, keeping the clients happy and making sure that you're successful. The Director works with a variety of different clients, many of whom can be regarded as UHNW, therefore it is essential that the new adviser is highly qualified, extremely knowledgeable and is both personable and presentable. You must have very strong relationship building skills and will be able to prove this by previous performance. Candidates MUST be Diploma level 4 qualified as a minimum and should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Adviser. Those who are Chartered or studying towards would be preferred although this is not essential. Those who can bring across a small client bank would be ideal as this would go towards covering some of their costs during the transition period. Full Administrative support would be provided by their experienced back office team as well as compliance support etc. This will enable you to focus on client facing work.
