Sensitive Specialist Support Agent Location: Rochester Salary: up to £28,000 Type: Permanent Our client in Rochester are looking for a Sensitive Specialist Support Agent to join their team. The purpose of this role is to support Vulnerable Customers who require individually solutions due to difficult circumstances. Roles will include: Ensuring vulnerable customers are identified and supported appropriately Understanding individual vulnerable customer needs and identify the best solution for their circumstances Maintain and adhere to the company's compliance standards Liaising with customers via the phone and email to support with queries regarding their circumstance Arranging repayment schedules for vulnerable customers - ensuring the best outcome Display an awareness of a wide range of support available for The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.
