Banking lawyer, Finance lawyer, financial services, private practice, solicitor, London, top tier firm Your new company A global top tier firm, with an exceptional reputation on the market, are currently recruiting for a mid/ senior banking and finance lawyer to join their award-winning team. They count some of the largest corporations and financial institutions as their clients offering their employees an excellent quality of work and great exposure to help them further develop their career. Your new role In this role you will be acting for a range of lenders and borrowers where you will be drafting and negotiating finance documents, instructing foreign counsel on cross boarder matters and project managing specialists within the firm. You will also be supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team whilst significantly contributing to business development initiatives to assist in the firms' growth. What you'll need to succeed You will be a 3 - 6 PQE lawyer with extensive banking and finance experience gained at a well-regarded firm Have strong experience working on transactions Have demonstrated success of negotiating finance documents Have excellent industry knowhow and the ability to convey this clearly to clients who may not be legally trained What you'll get in return This role offers you the perfect opportunity to start building your professional network but utilises the firms already well-established clients.
