Overview
Insolvency Solicitor 5 PQE – Cardiff A fantastic opportunity has come up to join a well recognised City insolvency team working in their new Cardiff offices. You will work on both personal and corporate insolvency and the role will bit a mix of contentious and non-contentious work including pursuing claims on behalf of offices holders and to recover assets for creditors. You will work closely with a Senior Partner and will be managing your own caseload but will have plenty of access to one-on-one support and supervision. You will have some experience in insolvency and will be keen to develop your experience in this field. You should have good academics, good business development skills and the confident to initiate new business.
