COMPLIANCE MANAGER (YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED MANAGER STATUS) Chester £40,000 - 60,000 basic salary plus commission plus package including car allowance, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Are you a CQC Registered Manager with a background in quality assurance and compliance? Harrison Sands have a new role open with a leading healthcare recruitment provider who supply quality nursing, domiciliary care and home care to work from their Chester office leading their compliance function. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Compliance Manager will report directly into the Managing Director and will have a national coverage overseeing all of the company's compliance. What is the essential experience required for this position? All applicants must be a CQC Registered Manager, this is essential. At least 2 years' experience in a quality assurance driven role managing standards in line with NHS and CQC regulations across national, multi-site locations. Experience of leading a team of at least 3 direct reports, being responsible for all commercial activity within that team. Ability to work to targets, and meet client-set SLAs and performance metrics. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle detailed and sometimes complex situations face to face and over the phone. Full UK driver's licence and ability to travel within the UK if needed.
