Currently onsite and designed by one of the country's top architects, this is a 56 storey RC frame tower with high spec residential and commercial space. It is currently in the 2nd phase with the basement installed and the first floor of residential. High rise experience would be an advantage but apartment fit out experience is a must. The Position: The position is for a Technical Coordinator. They have a team of 35 staff altogether onsite including technical, construction and commercial teams. You will be responsible for looking after the whole project, managing planning issues, utilities procurement etc. and the position requires a broad range of experience.
