Location: South - UK 18 Month Fixed-Term Contract IQVIA is looking for a Remote Engagement Specialist to work within the cross-functional Key Account Management team to drive digital engagement activities within our priority accounts. The role has a mix of approximately 80% remote engagement and 20% face to face interactions. This role is predominantly home based but some travel will be required for the face to face interactions. As a Remote Engagement Specialist, you will: Drive the digital transformation in the field forward within the Ophthalmology team, boosting digital contact rates and contributing to the overall share of voice. Convert customer contact from predominantly face to face to digital to drive remote calling rate vs target Work closely with the KAM team to develop and execute stakeholder level multi-channel cycle plan (MCCP) Leverage digital channels with a focus on e-mail 1:1; remote e-detailing and sales driven webinars Drive sales forward, rapidly build meaningful relationships to assess and address digital customer needs Work closely with the IMCM (Integrated multi-channel marketing) content lead to support content development and feedback needs. Drive best practice in digital channel execution, supporting team to increase share of voice and message retention through digital activities Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager the Remote Engagement Specialists will work as part of a broad cross functional team. Specifically, the RES will work in very close collaboration with the KAM team as well as members of HO brand team. As a Remote Engagement Specialist, you will need: Business related or life sciences degree, with over 5 years’ experience in a related sales or marketing function Previous experience in medical, market access and other commercial functions. Proven track record of sales success in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent communication skill (F2F and Digital) and the ability to articulate a compelling argument to gain commitment of ‘call to action’ close Above average IT literacy, proactive and passionate about digital engagement and technology Exceptional customer focus with the ability to balance customer relationships and strong business outcomes Ability to simplify and communicate complex situations to remove external barriers Experience within Ophthalmology is ideal Experience in secondary care is preferred Proven ability to work autonomously and demonstrate pro-activity and agility in a cross functional team At IQVIA,?your contributions will be rewarded with:?
