Operations Management: Covid-19 13274|Freelance 12 months | London / Home Based James Carrera is supporting a major pharmaceutical in the search for an Operational Manager within Medical Information . Working closely with Senior Management and responsible for ensuring oversight and QA of outsourced medical information activities, ensuring operational excellence in support of Covid-19 for Australia, Canada and Europe. Accountable for: Managing the key cross-functional relationships both internally and outsourced medical information vendors, including with affiliate medical information/medical affairs and other functions. Ensuring medical information vendors have access to the appropriate information to provide excellent customer service to support requests relating to Covid-19. Oversight of medical information vendors; training vendor staff, and implementation of processes to meet expected standard. Ensure compliance with Medical Information working practices and operating procedures. E ensure inspection readiness, including responses to findings and implementation of process improvements. Implementing the quality management plan for activities across the ACE region. Qualifications: Educated to degree level in a life science or similar subject you will be a very strong operational manager with 4 years Medical Information experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, also; Highly organised, motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills Demonstrated ability in development and maintenance of key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strong vendor management. Ability to lead multiple projects & change management initiatives in a faced paced cross functional team. Regional experience preferred, in respect of applicable country regulations and legals for AE event & quality complaint reporting.
