Overview

Prospero Integrated are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager in audio-visual installations across the broadcast, corporate or events sector based in Central London. The position is on a full-time basis working with an industry leaving production company. The Role: To provide professional Project Management services to deliver high quality lighting, sound and audio-visual installations using cutting edge technologies across multiple market sectors. This role requires strong, proven Project Management skills on large scale installations to see a project through from procurement and scheduling to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Liaison with the Business Development, Technical Sales and Systems Design teams at all stages of the project process Management of procurement; cash flow and timeline Scheduling of Works Close co-ordination and management, supported by the Installations Manager, of all aspects of the project timeline to ensure all project deliverables are met including the issue of drawings, schedules, schematics or other project documentation and onsite deliverables Active Client Management All Project Communications including submitting project status reports to internal and external project stakeholders at all stages of the project Active participation in project program meetings All aspects of the onsite delivery of the project (including all H&S and Environmental responsibilities, logistics, resourcing) Financial monitoring and reporting, ensuring that project margins are met or exceeded Handover and sign off to client (including assisting the timely production of O&Ms) Handover to Technical Service for ongoing system support Technical Skills Proven experience and practical knowledge of the installation and use of Lighting, Sound and AV systems. Ability to assist accurately with the costing of the supply, installation and commissioning of lighting, sound and AV systems Strong IT & CAD Skills A thorough understanding of health and safety policies and CDM regulations with an ability to produce and compile risk assessments and method statements and to be proactive in implementing H&S policy and procedure Ability to demonstrate and communicate knowledge of Health and Safety matters in relation to work related tasks and ensure that all relevant Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times Prior experience in Project Management within the construction industry or for a subcontractor working under main contractor an advantage A good level of electrical knowledge and practices pertaining to installations Behaviors/Competences Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external project stakeholders A good team member with excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead teams on and off site, often in a high pressured environment Deadline conscious; highly organised with the ability to prioritise whilst working on multiple project simultaneously to managing a challenging workload to meet strict deadlines Excellent time management and planning skills A willing and flexible approach with the ability to work on own initiative Ability to manage customer expectations Commercially conscious, forward thinking and able to add value Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Maintain company confidentiality at all times To represent the company in a courteous and appropriate manner in all circumstances To follow correct procedures at all times and to follow the policies laid out in the staff handbook To apply for this position, please get in touch with either Millie or Stephanie at Prospero Integrated and forward us a copy of your CV.
