As a 100% full fibre network, they are digging streets and deploying fibre to the premises (FTTP) across central London, offering world class products supported by industry leading service. Private Equity backed and founder led, our client has ambitious expansion plans and as a consequence is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to help realise them. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded, excellence driven individual to drive customer growth at one of the most innovative telecoms companies in the UK. The Role: As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning orders and customer relationships from the time order is made to the point of customer activation. Throughout this process you will manage both external relationships with the customer and their landlords, and internal departments to ensure a smooth product delivery. The Responsibilities: Project Co-ordination – ensuring all parts of the provisioning process run efficiently. Customer Service – providing regular updates to customers on order progress. Customer Issue Resolution – acting as a 1st line of escalation for any provisioning related issues. Wayleave Negotiation – liaising with landlords and their lawyers to agree wayleaves. Customer Relationship Management – manage customer’s online Salesforce account to book surveys, installations and other Salesforce tasks that enable the process. The Deliverables: Monthly targets relating to total number of orders closed. Monthly targets relating to closing orders within 30 days. You Offer: • Experience co-ordinating projects to completion • Working with Salesforce or other CRM systems • Excellent telephone experience, professional and polite • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve results and hit monthly targets • Previous experience of dealing with stakeholders / key decision makers You Have: • Project co-ordination skills • Computer / CRM literate • Professional telephone etiquette • Ability to negotiate with stakeholders • Ability to work individually and as a team Index Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
