Overview

My client, a leading company based in Hemel Hempstead are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller on a full time permanent basis. The hours will be either 7am till 5pm or 7:45am till 17:45pm with one hour for lunch. Salary is between £25,000 to £29,000. You must have previously worked within the hire industry, either car or plant Duties include - Taking inbound calls from customers Booking out hires on the system Processing email orders Following up on opportunities - making outbound calls Checking trucks in on the system Administration including Driving Licences, paperwork Organising invoices You will have - Previous experience within the Hire Industry Experienced within Microsoft Office Able to adapt and learn new procedures Excellent organisation skills Professional telephone manner Please contact Laura Nicholas at Interaction Recruitment on to discuss in more detail or email
