Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a highly reputable, people orientated manufacturing business based in Barnsley in supporting them with the recruitment of a Quotations Administrator. The Quotations Administrator will be responsible for building, maintaining and growing long-lasting relationships with the customer base. Quotations Administrator duties will include: - Work collaboratively with the technical and estimating teams - Raise quotations - Liaise with clients and advise on product suitability - Provide ongoing technical support to the customer - Liaise with our External Sales team to manage sales leads and opportunities - To do quotations from Architect drawings and Bill of materials - To deal with customer technical queries - To monitor and measure won and lost quotations - Liaise with other Sales Office team to orders are processed to correct price quoted To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Proven experience in an Estimator - Microsoft Office versatility required including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Proven, written and verbal communication skills - Good administrative and organisational skills - Good presentation skills Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
