Overview
Our client based in Camden are currently recruiting a Temporary Schools Desktop Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong customer service ethos for engaging with service users to provide desktop upgrades, maintenance and resolve issues, where possible, at first point of contact. A Schools Desktop Analyst will resolve problems affecting use of ICT systems to maintain underlying business processes; ensuring customer satisfaction and raising awareness of preventative and improved services Duties to include but not limited to: Understanding of FITS & ITIL service delivery Incident and Problem Management experience Experience of desktop support in an organisation Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows and Office Ability to manage customer expectations and ensure effective communications with colleagues and customers Understanding of basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration Knowledge of servers, networks, databases and other components of ICT systems This is a Temporary role but could possibly become permanent Please note only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered
