Overview

Robert Half are recruiting an immediately available Purchase Ledger clerk for a large SME distribution company based in Cleckheaton. This is an end to end Purchase Ledger role. Role Key responsibilities: Matching, checking and coding invoices Making payments via BACS and cheques Processing staff expenses Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Filing invoices Data entry Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary Profile The Ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk will have: At least 1 year's experience Excellent communication skills Solid team working skills Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages Knowledge of SAP software Ability to work to deadlines Salary & Benefits £10.00ph - £12.00ph The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
