Residential Block Property Manager Sale £30000 to £32000 This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding, forward thinking Property Company based in Sale. The successful candidate will have two years previous Block Management experience. You must be personable, customer focused and be looking to embark on a successful career. Duties include: Day to day management of a large Build to Rent residential block including: Manage maintenance of block and assist with the project management of associated internal and external works Management of H&S, FRA, Asbestos and all other legal requirements Ensure all blocks have up to date H&S and FRA including appropriate signage Liaise with relevant professionals to ensure adherence to relevant regulations Manage and produce accurate budgets and monitor expenditure Effectively manage any insurance claims
