Overview
We are currently recruiting for a well known high street brand on their inbound sales team. You will be working in a fun and energetic environment that can offer progression and development within the business We are looking to speak to candidates from a variety of backgrounds who are keen to develop a career for themselves and expand on their skills. This role offers a great basic salary as well as opportunities to earn a monthly bonus as well Salary: £9.38 per hour uncapped commission Hours: Shifts Monday to Sunday - Working 5 out of the 7 days rotationally Shifts between 8am-10pm during the week and 8pm-8pm on the weekends What will you be doing? Dealing with inbound calls from new and existing customers Understanding the customer and selling based on this information Sales through service based role Overcoming objections with the customer Providing an excellent service Conducting a fact find to establish the customer needs Working in a fast paced environment Handling customer queries and complaints What's in it for you? Previous customer service experience - call centre experience is not essential Strong written and verbal communication Motivation and determination Professional Positive and confident individual Ability to build rapport This is a permanent role so we are looking for committed candidates on a long term basis.
