Electrician - Social Housing Repairs Bournemouth & Surrounding areas Company Van and Fuel Card Provided £28,000 - £32,000 per annum Howells Contracts are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit an Electrician to carry out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied social housing properties in the areas of Bournemouth, Weymouth, Southampton and up to Salisbury This is a mobile role, travelling to domestic housing association properties preventative & reactive maintenance and remedial work on occupied and unoccupied (voids) properties. Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing & remedial work on exchanges and voids. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the leading social housing maintenance providers in the UK. Use of a company van and when required overtime/call outs to earn more money on top of your basic salary.
