Overview
I’m working with a leading firm who are looking to identify an experienced Privacy Compliance professional to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Monitor the firm and ensure it is compliant with GDPR. Act as one of the key points of contact for Data Protection issues. Manages responses to Data Subject Rights requests including SAR's. Handle any complaints and queries from Data Subjects in relation to Privacy. Supports the business in completing Data Privacy Impact Assessments. Coordinates responses to Data Breaches. Liaising with the business, embedding a strong Data Protection culture, ensuring Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default. Essential: Must have in-house operational experience of Data Protection & Privacy, including GDPR, DPIA’s, breaches, etc. Advantageous: Background in wider compliance Experience with policy and procedural design and reviews.
