Overview
A Performance Architect is required for an initial 6 month contract to be based in Southend-on-Sea. As a Performance Architect you will be responsible for ensuring that the individual services and the system as a whole can reach the sustained performance required from the NFRs. This will include undertaking Service/Component Performance Diagnosis, understanding the complex interaction of all components and services in the system and making recommendations on code / software architecture changes. Additionally you may also recommend infrastructure scaling options. Technologies - AWS IaaS Services Service Oriented / Microservices Architectures Java to an underlying platform level Jira Confluence AppDynamics JMeter Business skills - Client-facing stakeholder and relationship management Performance diagnosis/modelling/engineering Java (preferably Spring Boot) expertise to an in-depth level Experience with Scaled Agile Framework - desirable Feature design and maturity in an Agile methodology Large-scale system experience ideally Digital and/or Cloud based Digital Software Architecture This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89936983
