Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary is £20,000 - £25,000 per Annum Plus Commission Casgo Connections , a nursing agency with offices in Brighton and Hove are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic and ever friendly team. Casgo Connections specialises in supplying temporary nursing and care staff to the industry. If you have recruitment consultant experience then this role is for you. The role involves a 180 degrees recruitment, including Sales, Resourcing, Client relationship management and Business development . In this role you will be responsible for identifying and winning new businesses as well as helping the team members to resource suitable staff to join the agency. You will be working with healthcare providers like Nursing homes, care homes, residential homes, hospitals and mental health units making sure they are happy with our service. This will remain your primary duty within the company. The role will be clients and candidates focused and you will need to have quality business development skills. Business development in a recruitment environment is a fast paced, dynamic role which requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to existing clients as well win more clients.
