Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire Salary - £20,000 to £24,000, subject to experience 5% pension, phone and laptop 25 days holiday. Due to continued success, the company now has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to help grow the business. In return, the individual will receive multiple avenues for future career development. Key Responsibilities - Primary point of contact for all new enquiries. Responding to all inbound calls and emails. Establishing the best course of action to escalate qualified enquiries - Effective utilisation of the company's CRM system, to manage prospective clients through the business development process. - Supporting the rapid on-boarding of new clients, by swiftly and accurately completing Client Due Diligence and individual identity checks. - Providing ad-hoc support to colleagues with varied business focussed tasks. Experience & Skills Required Candidates for the role of Client Services Assistant must be a confident, self-motivated, results focussed professional with at least 2 years' experience in a client services role, preferably gained within a business to business environment. Candidates must also possess: - Well-organised, confident, punctual and professional manner - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good attention to detail and a quick learner - Proficiency in Microsoft's Office suite of programs (i.e. Excel, Word, etc) If this sounds like you, then please apply now.
