Registered Home Manager Band 4 Working with children and young people between ages 8 to 17 Leicestershire £37,500 to £38,500 Dependant on experience Full time and permanent Working week of 40hrs (9:00am-5:00pm) Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks (subject to a maximum of 28 days) Staff training and development opportunities The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (QCF) BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Home Manager Band 4 for an established residential children`s home provider, with seven regional homes. We look after children in care between the ages of eight and seventeen. They must have direct and relevant experience in the residential sector for children at a management level, regulated by Ofsted. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered. About the ideal candidate; o3 years Registered Manager experience at a Residential Children`s Home. oThe Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (QCF). oMinimum of 2 Ofsted sequential "Good" ratings at full inspection and min of 90% Occupancy over 12 months in existing or previous role as a Registered Children`s Home Manager. oUK/EU driving licence. oAge 22.
