Overview
Business Development Manager / Sales Manager required for our client a well-established Air Conditioning Service provider, they are looking to appoint an Area Sale Manager to develop sales of service and maintenance contracts within the Air Conditioning industry. As well as selling my clients range of cooling equipment. The role requires a BDM or Sales Manager with previous experience selling service and maintenance contracts within London and the Home Counties, to contractors and the hotel and leisure industry. This is an integral role to the business and they are seeking a high-calibre candidate who can help take the business to the next level. The successful candidate is likely to have worked in a Sales role previously and have either building service industry experience, specific air conditioning / refrigeration experience is desirable. Business Development Manager / Sales Manager - Air Conditioning Position Overview To develop and increase sales of service and maintenance contracts Develop client list of Contractors, Consultants and End Users such as Hotels Create and develop a targeted business plan, to drive sales Work closely with Engineers to ensure all service agreements and new product installations meet agreed timescales.
