Geo-environmental Engineer - Middlesbrough Salary - Competitive & attractive benefits package Our client is a thriving, successful multidisciplinary consultancy with offices across the U.K. Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking a Geo-environmental engineer to join the team. As soon as you join you will be tasked to work on some large scale projects and gain exceptional training and development towards chartership. Some duties of this Geo-environmental Engineer position will include; Liaison with sub-contractors - site investigations/geotechnical on site testing and site surveyors Logging soil and rock samples to British Standards Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments Qualitative and quantitative risk assessments Undertaking desk top studies and site walkover inspections Data analysis To be considered for this Geo-environmental Engineer role, you will have: Degree in a relevant subject (2:1 or higher, Masters is preferred) Exstensive Geotechnical and Geo-environmental industry experience Knowledge of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments Writing factual and interpretive reports Excellent communication and written skills This position comes with a very competitive salary and package as well as the opportunity for rapid development within the company as part of their continued and sustained growth plans.
