Part-Time Payroll Administrator / Derby /£19,000 - £23,000 / 12 month Contract Macildowie are currently working with a company based in Pride Park looking to recruit a part-time payroll assistant on a 12 month contract. The salary will be paying up to £19,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience . Its a really lovely office, with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The roles and responsibility's include: Proficient knowledge of SAGE is desired Responsible for ensuring all payrolls are completed accurately and on time. Validate and sign off all quality related payroll checks and controls. All relevant outputs are accurately produced and delivered on time to onward users (e.g. HMRC, Finance, Sites). Ensure payroll process documents are fully updated and key processes are mapped and documented, including training material. Recommend process improvements. Liaise with key stakeholders regarding Payroll input requirements. Support the Annual Audit. P11d and P46 administration and reporting.
